Delikate Space currently only ships within Australia via Australia Post.
Standard shipping is currently free on all deliveries within Australia.
Express shipping is currently available for a discounted price of $7, or free for orders over $75. Express timeframes will vary depending on your area.
Express shipping times vary depending on location but generally range between 1-3 business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, etc.)
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 1-2 days after your order has been placed and paid for. Standard Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-9 business days, depending on location. Express Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-3 business days, depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order via the Australia Post website.
What to do if you have entered the incorrect address?
Please email email@example.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Products will be awaiting pick-up at Innate Natural Health Clinic in clinic hours: Tuesday - Thursday 9am-3pm, Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm.
Please give your name to reception.
You will receive an email when your products are ready, however if you need to pick up before the email arrives then please show reception your order email and they will collect products for you.
Out of hours pick-up or contactless delivery is available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organize a preferable time.
Goods Returned/ Refund Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened we cannot exchange or refund the product.
If you feel strongly that there is a fault with your order, or if the product has arrived faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 48hrs of receiving your order.
If purchasing polish or makeup products, it's important to note that the colour of all products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors. We do not exchange or refund based on change of mind.
The below provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:
We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.
The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 15 days.
So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
- With both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
- Securely wrapped;
- Including our delivery slip.
- At your risk, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If delivery was made to Australian address, you are also protected by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:
- Refund the cost of return carriage to a reasonable amount;
- Repair, replace or credit the cost of the Goods to you online account.
